Spa Etiquette
Please Arrive Early
Arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment allows time for you to relax and unwind before your treatment.
Please Be Mindful of Other Guests
Upon entering the spa, we request that you please silence cell phones and lower your voice so as not to disturb other guests. Small children are not recommended for this reason.
Spa Amenities
All Spa guests are invited to enjoy complimentary use of the Swimming Pool, Hot Tubs, and Showers. If interested in using these amenities, please be sure to let our staff know so they can direct you.
Cancellations & Late Arrival
We will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice (for booked packages, we require 48 hours notice)
Please understand missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the service. If you arrive late we can offer you the remaining time on your treatment, so as not to interfere with the next guest’s treatment. All appointments are secured with a credit card or gift certificate when booking.
Gratuities & Taxes
Prices listed do not include GST.
Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest. (Spa service gratuities are normally equivalent to 18-25%.)
Wayspa and Spafinder
Wayspa and Spafinder gift cards can be used on any of our single services but cannot be used on monthly specials, promotions, or any of our spa packages.
Our Technicians
Our aestheticians and spa practitioners are fully trained and qualified for province of BC, however they are not RMTs.
Etiquette
We are a professional spa. We do not provide services other than those listed on our website.
We kindly ask that you respect our staff. Sexual requests and references are not tolerated. Any such remarks, gestures or touching will result in the service being immediately terminated, with full payment required and customer being banned from further bookings.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in person, online or by phone for any service, package or dollar amount.
